Delivery Time

Hand-drawing and drying time takes approximately 1-2 weeks, and we will confirm with you via email once the order is initially completed.

Once confirmed that there are no modifications or adjustments, we will process the order and arrange for shipping within 1-2 days.

We typically use DHL, UPS and FedEx for shipping, and the delivery time is 3-7 days.

When you checkout, it is recommended that you add a phone number in case the carrier or customs need to contact you.


Packaging Information

  • For Small Artworks (with stretched or frames)

Your artwork will be carefully placed flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box for safe transport. We take great care to ensure that all pieces are shipped to the highest standards. The packaging will include ample support to make sure your art arrives safely at your home.

  • For Large Artworks (with stretched or frames)

Large artworks will be shipped in a custom-built wooden crate. These crates are designed to securely transport your artwork around the world. We use the latest packaging technology and premium materials to securely fix your artwork, ensuring its safety during transit.

  • For Canvas-Only Artwork

Canvas-only pieces will be carefully rolled and shipped in a protective tube. This method ensures extra safety for your artwork while also reducing shipping costs. Once your rolled canvas arrives, it can easily be stretched or framed by a local framer.


When your order includes framed oil paintings, our professional framers will carefully stretch each canvas onto wooden stretcher bars and mount the painting into the frame you’ve selected. Additionally, we install heavy-duty hanging hardware on the frame. Once your package arrives, simply take the framed artwork out of the box and hang it on your wall.

How to Track My Items?

You will receive an email with the tracking information after the order has been processed. Tracking number and insurance are included with every purchase.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters or carrier delays.

Sometimes unexpected delay is caused due to thorough inspection, out of stock issue, especially during peak seasons.

Please contact us within 30 days of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
