Hand-drawing and drying time takes approximately 1-2 weeks, and we will confirm with you via email once the order is initially completed.

Once confirmed that there are no modifications or adjustments, we will process the order and arrange for shipping within 1-2 days.

We typically use DHL, UPS and FedEx for shipping, and the delivery time is 3-7 days.

When you checkout, it is recommended that you add a phone number in case the carrier or customs need to contact you.

Rolled Canvas: When you select the "Rolled Canvas” option, your artwork will be delivered rolled up in a high-quality cardboard tube without a frame. This option allows you to frame the artwork yourself or have it professionally framed later, offering a personalized presentation of your piece.

Stretched: When you select the "Stretched" option, your painting will be mounted on a high-quality stretcher bars, fully stretched, and ready to hang straight out of the box. This ensures your artwork is presented with optimal tension and support, so you can enjoy it immediately.

Framed: For any option other than "Rolled Canvas" and "Stretched," your artwork will come framed. We offer five distinctive frame choices: Black, White, Gold, Silver, and Wood, each crafted from premium metal for a durable and high-quality finish.

Yes. All paintings are 100% hand-painted by professional artists on demand after the order has been placed. There is no printing involved in the process.

All sizes are listed in inches or centimeters and follow the format height x width.

For example: An image sized 24 x 20 inches is 24 inches tall by 20 inches wide, or 61 x 46 centimeters is 61 centimeters tall by 46 centimeters wide. (24“ x 20” / 61 x 46 CM)
