Shipping Information

• Free shipping all over the world.
• Hand-drawing and drying time takes approximately 1-2 weeks, and we will confirm with you via email once the order is initially completed.
• Once confirmed that there are no modifications or adjustments, we will process the order and arrange for shipping within 1-2 days.
• We typically use DHL, UPS and FedEx for shipping, and the delivery time is 3-7 days.
• When you checkout, it is recommended that you add a phone number in case the carrier or customs need to contact you.
• Kindly be aware that once your order arrives at the country of destination, local laws regulate and your order may undergo import taxes and duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your buying price and thus they are the responsibility of the customer. On the other hand, we will provide information to customs if it is needed.
